Update - All data for roadmaps and feature boards have now been restored. A browser refresh is needed. We continue to work on restoring the unavailable data on insights board. Monitoring - We have identified an issue with the creation of new boards and roadmaps for customers using the new navigation. Customers see very long delays with this when creating or duplicating both feature and roadmap boards.

The team have pushed a fix for this issue and are monitoring the situation. We'll share an update soon.

Monitoring - This has been identified as an upstream issue and we have been working with our providers on mitigating it. It has been fixed by the upstream provider and our service has recovered, so you should be able to use all aspects of the app as expected.

We continue to monitor the situation, and are also investigating any potential impact to data integrity for the affected features during this time.

Update - After investigation, it appears that while multiple features are impacted, Productboard is loading and accessible.

We do see impacts to some of our integrations as well as board management. We’re focused on getting things back to normal as quickly as possible. We apologise for the continued trouble, and will be back with another update soon once we have more information to share.
