This has been identified as an upstream issue and we have been working with our providers on mitigating it. It has been fixed by the upstream provider and our service has recovered, so you should be able to use all aspects of the app as expected.
We continue to monitor the situation, and are also investigating any potential impact to data integrity for the affected features during this time.

After investigation, it appears that while multiple features are impacted, Productboard is loading and accessible.
We do see impacts to some of our integrations as well as board management. We’re focused on getting things back to normal as quickly as possible. We apologise for the continued trouble, and will be back with another update soon once we have more information to share.
