The app is back online, we are running some last tests on the integrations to check everything works smoothly!

During this maintenance our web application is down. These integrations are not impacted by the downtime: inbound emails, Zendesk, JIRA, Intercom. The remaining integrations are down: Trello, Pivotal Tracker, Slack, GitHub, Zendesk (application button), Chrome extension, Zapier. We will make sure to poll for updates after the migration for Trello, Pivotal Tracker and GitHub.

We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time. We will be moving our whole production database from Heroku to AWS. This may take from 2 to 3 hours. We apologise for the short notice and any inconvenience caused!
